Delivery Timeframes

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below are our standard delivery estimates:

  • North Island (Main Centres): 1–3 working days
    (Auckland deliveries typically arrive within 48 hours. Please allow extra time during peak periods like Christmas.)

  • North Island (Waiheke & Great Barrier Island): May take longer

  • South Island (Main Centres): 4–7 working days

  • Rural Deliveries: Allow up to 5 working days

Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent the next business day.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is worked out at checkout from your postcode. Prices are per item.

Umbrellas, chairs and cabanas

  • Auckland: from $15
  • North Island, outside Auckland: from $18
  • South Island: from $35
  • Waiheke Island: $48
  • Great Barrier Island: contact us for a quote
  • Rural delivery: from an extra $8 per parcel

Beach mats and towels: from $7 NZ-wide.

Umbrellas are long and heavy, so couriers charge them as oversize parcels. We keep delivery as close to cost as we can.

Parcel Tracking

We use Post Haste and other national couriers. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number and link via email.

Can I Deliver to a PO Box?

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If this is your only option, please get in touch—we’ll do our best to find a solution that works for you.

Can I pick up my order?

Our warehouse isn’t set up for customer pickups or drop-offs. All orders are dispatched directly from our logistics partner to ensure fast, reliable delivery across New Zealand.

Do you have a physical store?

Beachkit is an online retailer, but you’ll find our products stocked in selected retail stores throughout New Zealand.
