Delivery Timeframes

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below are our standard delivery estimates:

  • North Island (Main Centres): 1–3 working days
    (Auckland deliveries typically arrive within 48 hours. Please allow extra time during peak periods like Christmas.)

  • North Island (Waiheke & Great Barrier Island): May take longer

  • South Island (Main Centres): 4–7 working days

  • Rural Deliveries: Allow up to 5 working days

Orders placed before 12pm (Mon–Fri) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be sent the next business day.

Parcel Tracking

Yes! We use Post Haste Couriers. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number and link via email.

Can I Deliver to a PO Box?

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If this is your only option, please get in touch—we’ll do our best to find a solution that works for you.
